Agrigem are specialist advisors & distributors of agrochemicals, seeds, fertilisers & application equipment. We strive to provide an excellent service to our customers across many sectors which include, Turf production, Horticulture, Amenity, Forestry & Equestrian.

In 2015, Agrigem won the Lincolnshire Media Awards ‘Best New Business Start Up’, wowing judges with their progressive growth & diverse customer range. We also moved to our brand new, purpose built premises, ‘Gem House’, at the start of 2017 which houses around 200,000 litres of chemical & offices.

As part of our continued expansion, we have an opening for a Technical Sales Manager. This position is open to experienced representatives with their own customer base, or to those who have the technical knowledge but are new to sales. The role could be quite broad but will be tailored to an individual’s strength & expertise. Due to the diverse customer base we have, we are looking for someone who has technical knowledge across various sectors, but with a main emphasis into Sports turf management.

Ideally, the candidate would be located within commuting distance of our office in Lincoln, however we would also consider the candidate to be based from home. Occasional time away from home may also be necessary when visiting customers far away or attending trade shows. The candidate must have either in-depth knowledge or practical experience within the industry. BASIS, FACTS or any other relevant qualification is desirable but not mandatory to the right candidate.

This is a full-time position. Salary will depend on the individual, but would vary between £25,000 – £45,000 + Bonus depending on experience & qualifications. Due to the seasonality of the job, holidays may not be permitted during our busy periods which are typically March – June. You will be entitled to 20 days’ holiday (plus public holidays).
